| Typically sold with 30" x 30" hood rated for 150 shirts per hour, the D-1500 is available in different widths and lengths. This conveyor can be expanded later in length of the heated section, in-feed or out-feed, or any combination, as many times as you want. Each heated section has individual heat control so you run only one heated section when business is slow, but all heated sections at peak production periods. You match your revenue to your electrical cost rather than always paying for an expensive dryer to operate when few shirts are going thrugh the conveyor. Available in 115 or 230 volts, the electrical design is simple so you or your electrician can make repairs, if necessary, which is not true of other large dryers on the market. Temp. control is solid state for maintenance free operation. Other companies either do not have temp. control or provide a cheap switch where current goes thru switch which could lead to failure. Dryers without temp. control can scorch material before curing ink. Legs $200. Crate $150. Forced air $125. Digital temperature read out $375. Fully insulated and with doors to conserve heat and control power costs unlike most dryers on the market. Speed and temperature control, and we can tell our customers who have our equipment how to super charge the conveyor at no cost to them to reduce their electrical bill or increase the pieces cured per hour even more.
